• You may file an appeal from March 15th thru April 9th of each calendar year. For more information, please call (808) 270-7297


• A separate appeal must be filed for each land classification.


• At the time of filing, the $75 appeal fee must be paid on-line with each appeal.


• You will be informed in writing of the hearing date. You may attend the hearing or authorize a representative to attend on your behalf. If you choose not to attend you may submit written evidence prior to your scheduled hearing date.
